Grindwell Norton Limited

Our site is out on Devanahalli Road, coming from the Old Madras Road side. It is a bit of a trek out here from the city center, but we need the extra space for the kind of stuff we handle. We work with a lot of industrial materials, mostly things meant for grinding and smoothing down metal surfaces. The facility is fairly large and there is usually a truck or two backed up to the loading bay in the mornings. It is a dusty environment because of the products we deal with, so everyone usually wears their work gear. We have a set schedule for the shifts, and the machines do not stop much during the day. It is a very practical setup. We do not have much of a lobby; it is mostly just the warehouse and the production floor. The road outside can get pretty rough during the monsoon, so it takes a bit longer for the staff to get here sometimes. We have been at this location for a good while, and most of the people in the area know the building. It is not a retail shop, so we do not get many walk-in visitors, just the usual suppliers and transport guys. We focus on getting the orders processed and out the gate on time. The break room is where we spend our downtime, usually talking about the work or what is happening.
