We work at the Grasism Industries office in Bangalore. Specifically, we are located in the 560064 zip code area, which is in the northern part of the city. Bangalore is famous for its traffic, so most of us spend a good amount of time just trying to get to the office in the morning. Once we are here, it is a pretty standard work environment. The office is a decent size with plenty of space for everyone's desk. We don't have a lot of expensive furniture or high-tech gadgets. It is just a functional place where we process all the industrial paperwork. The weather in Bangalore is usually nice, so we don't have to worry too much about the heat like they do in other cities. We have a small canteen area where we grab some coffee and talk about the weekend. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. Most of us have been with the company for several years, so we are more like friends than just coworkers. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do what we are supposed to do, and go home. The building itself is just a regular commercial block. It is not hard to find if you are in the area. We just stick to our routine and keep things running smoothly without making a big deal out of it. It is just a normal office life for us.
