We have been at our spot in Mahalaxmi Puram for a while now. It’s at 40, 2nd Stage 2nd Phase. People around here know the place. Grantools Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us working with different tools every day. It gets busy, especially on Monday mornings when everyone is looking for specific gear for their jobs. We don't have a massive showroom or anything fancy like that. Most of the time, the floor is a bit dusty from all the boxes moving in and out. If you walk in, you'll probably see someone sorting through stock or checking a list near the back. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the piles just grow on their own. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood because it makes sense for what we do. It’s easy for folks to drop by when they need something quick. We don't spend much time on the computer making things look perfect online. Usually, we are just busy handling the items and making sure everything is where it needs to be. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it's just the sound of the shutters going up and down. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a straightforward setup here. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but we’re still at the same old address doing the same thing. Nothing too complicated about it at all.
