Our shop is located on the 2nd floor of No. 27 on SP Road, right in the middle of the KR Market area. If you’ve ever been to SP Road, you know it’s a crowded maze of hardware and electronics. Being on the second floor means we have to carry everything up the stairs, which is quite a workout when you’re dealing with heavy power tools. We are near MC Plaza, so there is always a crowd of people looking for deals right outside the door. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with boxes of drills, saws, and all sorts of hardware items. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people are inside at once. We spend a lot of time helping customers find the right screw or the specific tool they need for a project. The noise from the market downstairs never really stops, and you can hear the vendors shouting and the horns honking all day long. We don't have much room for a desk, so we usually just stand at the counter. It gets dusty because of all the construction supplies, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down. People come to us because they know we have been in KR Market for a long time and we usually have what they are looking for in one of our many boxes.
