Globcon Logistics is situated at 227 Kasturi Nagar in Halol. If you know the Halol area, you know it’s a major hub for moving goods around. Our office is right in the middle of it all. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls; it’s more of a working office where there is always a stack of manifestos and delivery notes on the table. We spend a lot of time coordinating with drivers and making sure the trucks are on schedule. Logistics is mostly about solving problems before they get too big, like a flat tire or a closed road. We sit here in Kasturi Nagar and watch the traffic go by, always thinking about the next load. It can be a bit stressful when a shipment is running late, but that is just part of the business. We have a small team here who understands how the local roads work and where the shortcuts are. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated software. We just use our phones and our experience to get things from one point to another. The Halol heat can be pretty intense in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. It’s a gritty job and we often stay late to make sure every driver is safe and every cargo is accounted for. It’s just how we operate.
