Global Precision Hinges & Components

Our workshop is located over at 65 Victoria Road in Thanisandra. It’s not too far from the Nagawara junction and the Hebbal flyover area. We’ve been working with metal and machine parts for a good number of years. Inside the unit, it’s mostly the sound of machines running and the smell of cutting oil. We focus on making hinges and small components that go into bigger machines or furniture. It’s precision work, so we have to pay attention to the measurements, even if the place looks a bit industrial and dusty. There are about five of us here most days, handling the lathes and the presses. We aren’t a giant factory, just a local outfit trying to get orders out on time for our regular clients. Some days the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the road near us, but we manage. We don’t have a big front office or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll likely find us on the shop floor checking a batch of parts or talking to a supplier. We keep a lot of raw materials stacked near the entrance. It gets quite loud during the afternoon shift when everything is running at once. We just focus on the technical drawings and making sure the metal is cut right. It is practical work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much fuss or fancy talk.
