Gleason Works India Pvt Ltd is located at Plot Number 37 in the Doddenakundi Industrial Area. You’ll find us right off Whitefield Road in Mahadevapura. This part of town has changed a lot with all the new tech buildings popping up, but we’re still here in the industrial section doing what we do. We mostly work with gears and the machinery that makes them. It’s very specific work that requires a lot of attention to detail, even if the workshop looks a bit rugged at times. We’ve got a mix of old hands who have been here for decades and some newer faces who are still learning the ropes. The atmosphere is generally quiet until the machines start up, then it’s business as usual. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here. The office is functional and the focus is always on what’s happening on the shop floor. We deal with a lot of technical queries and maintenance stuff throughout the week. Sometimes parts don't arrive on time or a machine needs a repair that takes longer than we thought, which is always a headache. But we deal with it and move on. We like being in Mahadevapura because it’s a hub for this kind of work. We aren't here to make big promises; we just want to keep the machines running and help out our customers with their gear needs. It’s a steady, solid business and we’re happy with that.
