Ger Group Of Industries is tucked away at 1482 in Jayanagar 9th Block. Jayanagar is a bit different from the newer parts of Bangalore; it has its own pace, though the 9th Block is definitely seeing more activity these days than it used to. Our office is a functional space where we handle the industrial side of the business. It’s not a flashy setup with glass partitions or modern art. Instead, it’s filled with desks, files, and the usual office equipment you’d expect for a group like ours. We spend our hours here coordinating different things and making sure everything stays organized. The neighborhood is mostly residential and small commercial spots, so it’s not as chaotic as being right in the city center, which we appreciate. You might miss the entrance if you’re not looking for the house number 1482 specifically. We don’t have big signs or flashing lights out front. We’ve got a small team and we’ve mostly worked together for a long time. It feels more like a small community than a big corporation. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone or over spreadsheets. There isn't much to say about our philosophy. We just come in, do the work that needs to be done for the industries we manage, and go home to our families. It’s a steady, predictable life here in the 9th Block, and that’s how we like to keep it.
