Genysis Battery House

If you walk down 7th Cross in Jai Bharath Nagar, you will see our shop at number 12. It is basically a room full of heavy batteries and charging cables. We have been here for a good amount of time, mostly dealing with people whose cars won't start or families needing a backup for their home lights. The place usually smells a bit like lead and acid, which isn't great, but that is the life of a battery shop. There is always some heavy lifting to do because these units aren't light at all. My back usually aches by the time we close up in the evening. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us moving stuff around and checking voltages. The 7th Cross can get a bit tight with parking, especially when a big truck comes to drop off new stock. We just stack the old ones in the corner and wait for the scrap guy to pick them up. It is a simple business, nothing complicated about it. People come in when they have a problem and we try to see if the battery can be saved or if they just need a new one. We don't spend much on making the shop look pretty because that isn't why people come here. They just want their stuff to work again.
