General Equipments

General Equipments is tucked away in Kodigenahalli at No 93/5, Rmv 2nd Stage Post. It is not in a major commercial hub, so the area is a bit quieter than most parts of the city. We deal with various kinds of equipment and machinery for different uses. Our place is more like a warehouse or a storage unit than a typical office you might expect. We have a lot of items coming in and going out every week. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving heavy boxes and checking lists to make sure everything is right. We have a very small team here, so everyone has to do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to loading the trucks at the back. We don't have a fancy front desk or a waiting area for guests who visit. People usually just come to the gate and tell us what they need. The building is older and doesn't have much in the way of decoration or paint. We focus on the practical side of things and keeping our inventory in order as best as we can. Sometimes it gets a bit disorganized when a large shipment arrives all at once, but we eventually get it sorted out. We’ve been at this location for some time and the neighbors know us. We don't do much in the way of promotion; we just rely on people finding us when they need specific equipment. It is a simple, straightforward way of doing business without any extra fluff for the customers.
