Geleyar Balag School

You can find Geleyar Balag School over in JP Nagar 8th Phase. We are at No.1, in a building called Siddarudha Krupa. It’s tucked away in Surnagarabhi West, which is a bit quieter than the main roads around Bangalore. The area has changed a lot since we first started out here. There are more houses now and the trees have grown taller. Our school isn't some huge campus with glass walls. It’s just a practical building with enough rooms for the students. We have a bit of a porch where people wait, and the front door stays open most of the day to let the air in. The street outside is mostly residential, so we don't get too much heavy traffic, luckily. We spend a lot of our time organizing books and making sure the chalk is stocked up. It’s a simple life here. We see the same parents every day and know which kids live just down the street. Sometimes we sit out in the small garden area during the break if it isn't raining. The furniture is a bit old, but it works for what we need. We don't have any big slogans or fancy signs everywhere. It’s just us doing what we do, year after year, in this corner of JP Nagar. When the final bell rings, the sound carries quite far because the street is so still. It’s just a normal neighborhood school that fits right into the surrounding community without standing out too much.
