Gecsbangalore is found at No 48 1St Floor Priyadarshini Colony in Bangalore, Karnataka 560076. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for an elevator every time we want to step out for a minute. Priyadarshini Colony is a fairly calm neighborhood compared to the main roads. You mostly just hear the occasional vegetable vendor or a passing bike. Our office space is just one big room with some partitions we put up ourselves to give everyone a bit of privacy. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls, but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. We have a small pantry in the back where the kettle is always on. Most of us bring our lunch from home and eat together at the big table in the middle. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through the trees outside. We have some files stacked up in the corner that we really should organize one of these days, but there always seems to be something more urgent to deal with. People from the colony sometimes stop by just to say hello or ask a question. We like being part of this little community and having a workspace that feels more like a home than a cold business center. There isn't any fancy furniture here, just what we need.
