Gatti Valley Educational Foundation

We’ve been based out of Monarch Plaza on Brigade Road for a while now. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy this stretch gets, especially around No. 54. Gatti Valley Educational Foundation is just us trying to handle the education side of things from this office. It’s a bit noisy outside with all the traffic on Brigade Road, but once you’re inside the plaza, it’s alright. We spend most of our days talking to students and sorting out paperwork. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular workplace where people show up and do their jobs. Sometimes the elevators in Monarch Plaza take forever, so we end up walking or just waiting around chatting. We deal with a lot of different people coming in for educational help. It’s a lot of coordination. Being in the heart of the city means we’re close to everything, which is handy when we need to get things done quickly. The foundation keeps us busy from morning till evening. We don’t really have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure everything runs like it should. Usually, there’s tea around 4 PM and that’s when we plan the next day. It’s steady work and we like being right here in the middle of Bangalore. People find us easily because everyone knows the landmark. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things simple. It gets crowded on weekends, but our office stays pretty quiet then.
