Gangadeep Industries

Gangadeep Industries is situated in the industrial estate over at Kottigepalya. We are right on the 4th Main Road, at plot B/70. Being in an industrial area means it’s never really quiet here. There is always the sound of machines or trucks or someone shouting across the floor. It’s a busy environment and we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. Our space is mostly taken up by the equipment and the raw materials we need for production. It’s not the kind of place you come for a fancy meeting. We’ve got oil on the floors and dust on the rafters. We focus on getting the manufacturing done right. A lot of our day is spent making sure the machines are running and the orders are moving out the door on time. We don’t have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just the owners and the workers together on the floor. We drink a lot of chai from the local vendor who comes by every morning. The 4th Main Road is usually packed with other small industries, so there’s a sense of everyone just doing their own thing. We like it that way. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't put much thought into the office decor because we’re rarely sitting down anyway. It's a functional place for a functional business.
