Gallop Machine Tools

Gallop Machine Tools is located on Avenue Road in Ellora Park. We are on the 1st floor of the S V M Complex, specifically at 101. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic and people walking by. We’ve been here for a few years now. We sell and service different types of machinery. The shop is full of heavy equipment, so it feels a bit cramped sometimes. We don't have a glossy brochure or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from a friend. My mechanics are good at what they do. They don't talk much, but they can fix almost anything. We have coffee together in the mornings before the customers start arriving. The building is a bit older, and the elevator doesn't always work, so we end up carrying parts up the stairs sometimes. It’s good exercise, I guess. We deal with a lot of local workshops. They rely on us to keep their machines running. We don't have a fancy mission statement. We just want to do a good job so people come back next time. It’s a practical business run by people who actually understand how machines work. We don't wear suits or ties here. Usually, it’s just jeans and a t-shirt that’s probably got a bit of oil on it. That’s just how it is. The S V M Complex is always bustling, and sometimes it's hard to find parking on Avenue Road. Most people just walk or take a rickshaw. We've gotten used to the fast pace.
