G. K. Industries

We are G. K. Industries, located at No. 35 on Puttaiah Road, right along the 12th Main in Kamakshipalya. If you know where the Subodya Kalyana Mantapa is, we are quite close to that. It’s a good landmark because the roads here can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around this part of the city. Our workshop isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on various industrial parts and pieces. We have a few old machines that we’ve maintained over the years and they still do the job. The neighborhood is mostly other small industries and houses mixed together. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the hammering and grinding going on. We don't have a big marketing budget or a website that looks like it belongs to a tech company. We just do our work, talk to the customers who come through the door, and try to keep the machines running smoothly. Sometimes we run behind on things because a machine breaks or a delivery is late, but we always finish what we started. It’s a hard way to make a living sometimes, but it’s what we know. We drink our coffee, talk about the news, and keep the production going. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things right without any unnecessary fuss or complicated processes.
