Freight Wings & Travels Pvt Ltd is located at No.89 on the first floor in Wilson Garden. We are right on the 7th Cross, which connects to Hosur Main Road. That road is basically one of the busiest veins in the city, so we’re always in the middle of the chaos. We handle both freight and some travel-related things, so our days are pretty mixed. One minute we’re talking about cargo containers, and the next we’re looking at tickets or travel documents. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have wooden desks and a lot of stacks of paper everywhere. It’s a 1st-floor space, so we can see the street from our windows. Wilson Garden is a busy neighborhood with a lot of small businesses. We’ve been part of this community for quite a while. We don't do the whole modern startup vibe. It’s more about just getting the work done. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork moving. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the traffic makes it hard for people to reach us, but we stay patient. We don't have any scripted ways of talking to people. We just answer questions as they come. It’s a plain, honest way of working. We just want to make sure the freight gets moved and the travelers are set.
