Our office is located on the 4th floor of Dr Brownamma Tower, which is at 70/1 Mission Road in Baroda. It can be a bit of a climb if the lift is having one of its bad days, which does happen every now and then, but usually it works fine. Being up on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, but we are usually too busy with the work inside to look out the window much. It is a very typical office setup. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a small corner where we make our tea and coffee during the afternoon break. We have been in this building for quite some time, and the place definitely has a lived-in feel to it. There are usually stacks of folders and papers everywhere because we still find it easier to keep physical copies of everything we do. The office can get a little stuffy in the late afternoon heat, so we keep the windows open as much as we can to get a breeze. Most of the people here have been with Fracis Klein & Co Pvt Ltd for a long time, so we all know the routine without having to talk about it too much. It is a professional place but we don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. We just wear what is comfortable for a long day.
