Flexo Tech Products is over in the Peenya Industrial Estate, specifically at B-16, 1St Cross, 1St Stage. Being in an industrial area means there is always a truck idling nearby or someone unloading something. It’s a practical place to be. We’ve got our workspace set up to handle the daily grind. It’s not a showroom; it’s where the actual work happens. You’ll see tools scattered around and parts waiting to be processed. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't need to say much to get things done. We just know the routine. The 1St Cross can get a bit muddy when it rains, but we just wear boots and keep going. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people find us because they heard from someone else. It's a lot of technical talk and checking measurements. The clock on the wall is a few minutes fast, but nobody bothers to fix it. We just follow the shifts. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather allows. It’s a lot of metal and hard surfaces in here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work that comes in and do it right so we can come back tomorrow and do it again. It is a simple setup, but it gets the job done for the people who rely on us.
