Our place is located at Door No:- 129 in the Industrial Suburb 2nd Stage, right here in Yeshwanthpur. We are pretty close to the C.M.T.I. company, so people usually use that as a landmark when they are trying to find us for the first time. We work with rubber, which means the whole building has that specific smell that you never really get used to, but after a few years, you stop noticing it. It is a big industrial area and there are always trucks moving back and forth on the road outside. Inside the factory, it’s mostly just the sound of the presses and the smell of raw rubber being heated up. We make all kinds of rubber goods, mostly for other industrial users around Bangalore. It is a tough job and the floors are always a bit messy, but we try to keep things moving. We have a small office near the front where we handle the billing and talk to the guys who come to pick up the orders. Some of the staff have been with us since we moved to this Yeshwanthpur spot. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around just by people talking. If someone needs a specific rubber part made, they eventually find their way to our door. It’s just a regular factory doing regular work every day. We just do what we do and try to get home on time.
