We are located on the second floor of AM Plaza, which is at No.89 on Airport Road in Vimanapura. It’s a busy building and we share it with quite a few other businesses. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of exercise taking the stairs, though there is a lift if we are carrying something heavy. We’re part of the First Flight Couriers Pvt Ltd Airport Road Ro team, specifically the regional office side of things. The office is usually filled with the sound of tape dispensers and people checking tracking numbers. It gets a bit crowded with packages during the peak hours, but we manage to keep a path clear. Vimanapura is a fast-paced area, especially with the airport so close. We’ve got a view of the road from our windows, which is mostly just a lot of traffic. The team here is pretty laid back. We don't do those big corporate meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs fixing. It’s a very practical work environment. We keep our files organized, but the place definitely has that lived-in feel. It’s not a showroom, it’s where the work happens. Most of us have been here long enough to know the regular customers who drop by. We just try to keep the parcels moving and make sure the paperwork is sorted before the day ends. It is just how we run things every single day of the week.
