Finetech Tooling

Finetech Tooling is based at Plot No. V-16 on the 4th Main in Peenya 2nd Stage. We are right next to C - 177. Peenya is a huge industrial hub, so it's easy to get lost, but we've been here long enough that we know the shortcuts. Our shop is where we handle all the tooling work. It’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment squeezed into the space. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture. We’d rather have a good lathe or a solid workbench. The team at Finetech Tooling is just a few local guys who know their way around a workshop. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the jobs we have lined up. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar with deadlines marked in red. The work is steady. Sometimes we stay late to finish a part that needs to go out the next morning. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do the work at Plot No. V-16 and go home to our families. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in the city. The noise of the grinders is something we don't even notice anymore. We just keep our heads down, focus on the metal, and make sure the dimensions are correct. That’s how we spend our days.
