If you’re trying to find Fine Tools & Products, you have to head down Magadi Road. We are at number 15, on the 3rd Cross, tucked away on the left side. It’s one of those spots where if you blink, you might miss the turn. The area is always buzzing with activity, which is just how Magadi Road usually is. Inside, the shelves are pretty packed with various tools and products we’ve gathered over the years. It’s not the most organized looking place if you’re used to those big retail stores, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit of a mess, and we have to move things inside quickly. We spend a lot of our time just talking to folks who walk in needing a specific bit or a handle they can't find elsewhere. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from sweeping the floor to handling the books. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting on a stool near the entrance. The light in the back is a bit dim, but it works for what we do. We like being in this part of the city because it feels real and grounded. It’s just a regular shop where we try to stay busy and keep things moving without any unnecessary fuss.
