If you know the Bommasandra Industrial Area, you know it’s a huge place with a lot of moving parts. Festo Controls is located at 237-B, right off Hosur Road. It’s one of those spots where you can hear the traffic from the main road all day long. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and the team here is used to the pace. It’s a lot of technical work, mostly dealing with control systems and all that hardware. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations. The walls are mostly covered with charts and schedules. Every morning starts with a quick walkthrough to see what's pending. The Hosur Road traffic is pretty famous for being slow, so half of us are usually talking about how long it took to get in. Inside, it’s a bit cooler than the outside heat, which helps when you’re looking at diagrams for hours. We have a small break area where we grab some food, but mostly people stay at their stations. It’s an industrial vibe through and through. We deal with a lot of boxes and heavy components coming in and out. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a lot of fluff. We just focus on the kits and the controls, making sure everything is packed correctly before it leaves the loading bay. It’s just us doing the job day in and day out, trying to keep things moving.
