We have been operating out of A-149, 3rd Cross, in the Peenya 1st Stage Industrial Estate for quite some time now. It’s a noisy part of town, always filled with the sound of machinery and trucks moving parts around. Felsomat India private limited is basically just a group of us who know our way around industrial tools and automation systems. Our space isn't fancy at all. It’s a practical workshop with desks tucked into the corners where we can manage the paperwork. Most mornings start with a quick check of the machines and a cup of tea from the stall down the road. The 3rd Cross is usually busy, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We don't spend much time on decorations or trying to look like a big corporate office. Lathes and assembly units are what we focus on every day instead. Some of the guys have been here since the beginning, and we’ve seen the estate change as new businesses move in. The heat can get pretty intense in the middle of the day, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the tasks. It’s a lot of manual work and technical adjustments. We aren't here to give speeches; we just make sure the equipment is sorted for our clients. If you ever come by, you’ll see we are just regular people doing a regular job.
