You can find us at No.68 on the first floor in Indiranagar. We are right opposite the India Bulls building on Double Road in Appareddy Palya. It is a very busy area with lots of traffic and people going by all day long. Our small office is where we take in parcels and sort out the shipping details for customers. People bring in all sorts of boxes to send off to different places. We spend a lot of time weighing things and sticking labels on them. It is pretty routine work, but it keeps us on our toes. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but we manage to get everything up and down. We handle the paperwork and make sure everything is logged into the system correctly. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes things take a bit longer than we like, but we get through it. Customers come in with things for their families or stuff they need to send for work. We just sit at the desk and help them out one by one as they come in. Being in Indiranagar means we get people from all over the city. We are used to the constant noise from the main road outside. It is just a regular courier point where we focus on getting the packages ready for the pickup trucks. We don't have a big waiting room, just the counter.
