Federal Mogul India Ltd

Our place, Federal Mogul India Ltd, is located in the Pete Narasimaiah Industrial Estate on S R S Road, near the Bangalore GPO area. It’s a proper industrial spot, so there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The building is large and mostly filled with parts and equipment. It’s a bit oily and noisy, but that’s an industrial estate for you. We spend our days managing the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of many different items. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of people in suits. We’re usually in our work clothes, getting our hands dirty when we need to. The office part is just a small section where we handle the orders and the phone calls. Sometimes it gets really hot under the metal roof, so we have a few big fans going all day. It’s not the most comfortable place, but it’s where the work gets done. We have a good group of people here who have been working together for years. We know each other’s habits and how to get things moved quickly. It’s a busy environment and we don't have much time for small talk. We just focus on the tasks at hand and getting the parts out. It's a bit dusty, but we make it work.
