Federal Express Courier

You can find Federal Express Courier at No.6/155 in the SS Building. We are actually on the terrace floor, which is a bit different. We are right opposite the Cafe Coffee Day in Basavanagudi, on the Gandhi Bazaar Main Road. It’s a very traditional part of town, so you see a lot of flower sellers and people doing their daily shopping right outside. Being on the terrace floor means we have a bit of a walk up, but the view of the street is actually quite nice when we take a break. We handle a lot of different packages. Some are small documents, others are bigger boxes. We just keep them sorted and ready for the pick-up guys. It’s a small office, nothing flashy. We have our scales, our computers, and plenty of packing materials. It gets a bit hot in the summer because we’re at the top, but we just keep the fans going. Gandhi Bazaar is always loud and lively, so there’s never a dull moment. We just focus on getting the addresses right and making sure the courier bags are sealed properly. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s what we do. We don't bother with corporate talk. We just tell people how long it might take and what it will cost. It’s a straightforward way to run things.
