We are set up over at Kumlegod, in the KIADB Industrial Area, 1st Phase. The address says 491/A, No.20A/115, which sounds complicated, but once you’re in the area, it’s not too hard to find. Comcore Connexions is the name on the door. We work with cables and connection parts, the stuff that keeps things running behind the scenes. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but the space is what we need for the inventory. The building is a standard industrial unit. Inside, there are rows of shelves and a few desks tucked into the corners. It’s not the kind of place that gets featured in a magazine. We have some grease on the floor and some coffee stains on the tables. It feels like a real workspace. We don’t spend much time worrying about how things look as long as we can find what we’re looking for. The team is small and we’ve all been working together for a while. Usually, someone has the radio on in the background while we check through the latest shipments. Kumlegod is a quiet enough spot compared to the center of the city, which is nice. We get our work done without too much fuss. People call us when they need parts, and we make sure they get them. It’s a pretty straightforward way to spend the day. We’re just here doing our bit, day in and day out, without any big corporate speeches.
