We've been here in Richmond Town for a while now. The shop is on 4th Cross in Veerabhadra Nagara, right at 105. It's a busy spot but we like it. Most days it's just us handling the fridges, washing machines, and whatever else people bring in or ask about. We don't have a massive showroom or anything fancy. It’s mostly just stacks of boxes and tools lying around. People come by when their stuff stops working or if they need something new for the kitchen. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some cleaning done. We try to keep things simple. If you walk past the landmark nearby, you’ll see our sign. It isn't the biggest place, but we manage. My cousin helps out when things get really busy. We handle a lot of different brands. Usually, someone is here from morning until the evening. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just know us from living nearby or seeing the shop while walking to the main road. The traffic can be a bit much around here in the afternoons, but that's just how the neighborhood is. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure everything is in the right place. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench when the shop gets too stuffy inside.
