Essar Indus.

Our little shop is located at No. 4 Bairappa Lane and it is the kind of place you might miss if you are driving too fast. Essar Indus. has been operating out of this lane for quite some time. The road is a bit narrow so it gets crowded when the delivery trucks try to squeeze in. We usually start the morning by rolling up the shutters and checking what needs to be finished from the day before. It is a simple setup with just enough space for our tools and the materials we use. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room because we are usually too busy working on the floor. The walls are a bit stained and the floor has its fair share of scuffs, but it works for us. Most of the people around here know us by name and we see the same faces every day. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall nearby and we just take five minutes to breathe before getting back to it. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. We just do the work that comes through the door. It is quiet in the lane sometimes, except for the sounds of our own work. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the orders. It is a basic way to make a living and we are okay with that.
