Eshwar Aluminium Diecast Industries is found over in the Keonics Layout. We focus on aluminium diecasting, which is a bit of a hot and heavy process. If you have ever been to Keonics Layout, you know it has a lot of industrial activity. Our place is full of molds and melting equipment that we use every day. It gets very warm inside when the machines are running, so we keep the doors open for some air. It is a bit of a gritty job and we always end up with grease or dust on our clothes. We have been doing this for a long time and we understand how the metal behaves when it is heated up. The shop floor is organized in a way that works for us, even if it looks a bit messy to someone else. We don't have a fancy website or any marketing people; we just focus on the diecasting work in Keonics Layout. It’s a lot of physical labor and we have to be careful with the molten metal. We usually have a radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work. Most of our team has been here for years, so we all know what needs to be done without talking too much about it. It is just a regular factory day for us, starting early and finishing when the batch is done. That’s just the way it goes here.
