Esco Couplings & Transmission is located over in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at 22/A on the 6th Cross, 1st B Main in Shiva Nagar, just off W O C Road. It’s a proper industrial setting with no frills. You can hear the sounds of heavy machines and trucks all day long. The air usually smells like grease, oil, and metal shavings. We work with couplings and transmission parts, so everything is heavy and made of solid steel. My hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the day. The office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main workshop floor. It’s not the kind of place where you’d ever wear a suit or nice shoes. We wear boots and heavy work clothes. The 6th Cross is often dusty, especially when the big lorries go by in the morning. I’ve been here for quite some time now and I'm used to the noise. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine for guests. If someone comes by, they usually just stand by the gate or come straight into the workshop to find someone. It’s a busy environment where everyone is focused on getting the orders out on time. Shiva Nagar is full of places like ours, so we fit right in with the rest of the workshops on W O C Road. We don't do much talking; we just get to the work at hand. Esco Couplings & Transmission is a straightforward operation.
