EPOCH INSTRUMENTS & CONTROLS PVT LTD is located at No. 16 in the Batrapa Estate over in Kamashpaliya. It’s an industrial area. There’s always some noise from trucks or machines nearby. Our workshop is where everything happens. We have benches set up for testing instruments and checking the controls we work on. It isn't a showroom. It’s a place where things get built and tested. Some days it’s quiet. Other days it feels like everyone is trying to do ten things at once. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too hot. The estate itself has seen better days. It works for us. We know the neighbors, mostly other small workshops and garages. We’ve had the same sign out front for a long time now. It’s a bit faded. People find us eventually. We do a lot of manual work here, checking connections and looking at dials. It’s steady work. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms. We eat at our desks or go out to the corner for food. The stairs are narrow. Moving heavy equipment is a real pain sometimes. We’ve figured out a way to do it over the years. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a decent job. We hope to stay here for a while and keep doing what we do every day. It is what it is.
