Enerpac

Enerpac is at No.10, Bellary Road, in the Sadashivnagar area. Bellary Road is one of those places that’s always jammed with traffic, so we spend a lot of time listening to the constant horns honking outside our windows. Sadashivnagar itself is a nice part of town, quite green in some spots, but we are right on the main stretch where all the action is. Our office is a functional space. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts or fancy lounge areas. It’s just a series of rooms with solid doors and standard desks. The carpet is a bit worn out in the spots where we walk the most between the desks. We have a small pantry where the coffee is usually cold because we forget about it while we are working on something. The windows are thick to keep out the noise of the road, but you can still feel the vibration of the heavy trucks passing by in the afternoon. We have a small sign on the door that says Enerpac, but it’s not very big or flashy. Most of the people who come here are regulars who already know the way and don't need a map. It’s a steady kind of place. We come in early to beat the worst of the traffic and stay until the day's work is finished. There’s nothing flashy about it, just a plain office where we do what needs to be done every day. We just try to keep our heads down.
