Electrex India Ltd is located at No.21/D1 in the Peenya 2nd Phase Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s a place where things are actually made. It’s dusty, it’s noisy, and there are trucks everywhere. Our spot is right in the middle of all that action. The building is a bit worn on the outside, but it’s solid. Inside, it’s mostly workspace with a small corner partitioned off for the administrative stuff. We don't spend much on decor or anything like that. The focus is on the floor where the real work happens. You can hear the machines running from the moment you walk in the gate. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their role. We usually start quite early to beat the worst of the heat and the traffic. The air in Peenya always smells a bit like metal and exhaust, which is just part of the industrial life. We keep a few fans running to move the air around, but it still gets warm in the afternoons. Most of the people working here have been with us for years, so we’re like a small, tired family. We don't have fancy coffee machines, just a kettle and some local tea packets. It’s a hard-working environment and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything else. Things are busy here from Monday through Saturday and we just keep pushing.
