Inside, we have our technical setup where we handle all the training and educational stuff. It is a lot of hands-on work with machines and computers. It gets pretty loud sometimes when all the equipment is running at once. The staff here has been around for a long time and we just know how things work. We do not really bother with fancy decorations or anything. It is a practical space for people who want to learn technical skills. There is a small tea stall nearby where we usually go when we need a break from the noise. The commute can be a bit of a pain because of the Bangalore traffic, but we are used to it by now. We see a lot of different people coming through for their courses. It is a steady pace of work. We just keep things moving and make sure the gear is in good shape. It is a very direct sort of business without any of the extra fluff you see in big corporations. It is just where we work.
