We are situated at number 5 near the old Madivala check post on Hosur Main Road, in the Basavanagudi area. It’s a part of Bangalore that still feels a bit like the old days, though the traffic on Hosur Road is as fast as anywhere else. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. The office is a modest space, not like those big glass buildings you see in the IT parks. We have a lot of books and materials stacked up on the shelves and a few desks where we spend most of our day. It’s a very traditional setup, and we like it that way. The noise from the main road is always there in the background, but we’ve grown to ignore it. Our team is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or any fancy systems. We just handle the work as it comes in and talk to the people who visit us. Most of our visitors are people from the local area who know us by name. We don't really do any promotional stuff; we just stay busy with our daily tasks. It’s a very grounded and simple place to work. We know the shopkeepers nearby and feel like part of the neighborhood. It’s just how we run things here.
