E-Career Technologies

Our office is a bit unique because we are located C/O Dhanalakshmi Films at 58, 5th Main Road in Gandinagar. M. Sendamarai runs things here. Gandinagar is a busy place, especially with the film connection, so there is always a lot of energy around the building. We’ve been at this address, 560009, for a while. E-Career Technologies is basically just a small team working out of this space. We don’t have a big storefront or anything like that. We mostly focus on tech jobs and helping people figure out their next career move. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and talking on the phone. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and some old film posters from the building's other occupants. We like the atmosphere though. It’s not like those sterile offices you see in the tech parks. Here, it feels like something is always happening. We talk to candidates all day, trying to understand their skills. Some people are very experienced, and others are just starting out. We try to give everyone a fair shout. We don't have a fancy website or a huge advertising budget. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here in Gandinagar. We just show up every day, do the recruiting work, and try to make sure things run as smoothly as they can for everyone.
