East Point Hospital

East Point Hospital is out in Bidharahalli, quite close to East Point College. We are at number 113 in Virgonagar. It’s a bit of a way out if you’re coming from the city center, but for the people living in this part of Bangalore, we’re the main place they come when someone gets sick. It’s a full hospital, so there is always something happening. You’ve got people coming in for emergencies, others just for a regular check-up, and families waiting around in the halls. It can feel a bit chaotic sometimes, like any hospital, but we have enough beds and doctors to manage the crowd. We aren't one of those five-star luxury hospitals you see in the papers. We’re a practical place for regular people. The building is large and easy to find once you’re on the road near the college. We deal with everything from fevers and accidents to more serious stuff that needs a longer stay. The staff is mostly local or from nearby areas. We see a lot of students because of the college next door, and also families from the surrounding villages. It’s a busy environment and the floors are always being mopped. We just try to keep things running smoothly so everyone gets seen. It’s a lot of work, but that’s what a hospital is for. We’re just here on the edge of the city, serving the community and keeping the doors open for whoever needs us at any hour.
