Eagleton Golf Resort

Eagleton Golf Resort is out in Gudalur, Tamil Nadu. We are tucked away with K. Samivel looking after things here. It is a bit of a drive to get to us, but that is the point. People come here when they want to see green grass instead of city buildings. We have the golf course and the rooms for staying over. The weather in Gudalur is usually decent, which helps. We spend a lot of time maintaining the grounds. Keeping the grass short is a big job. We have locals working here who know the land well. It is not like those fancy city clubs where everyone is in a suit. We are more relaxed. You might see some wildlife occasionally if you are lucky. The resort has been around for a bit and we have seen many different guests. Some come for the golf and others just want to sit on the porch. We do not have a big marketing team. We just answer the phone and help people when they arrive. The address is simple enough to find if you follow the road signs. It gets quiet at night, which is nice. We make sure the rooms are tidy and the food is ready. It is a lot of physical work keeping a place this size running. We just take it one day at a time here. It is a good place for anyone who just wants some fresh air and a bit of space.
