We are located at No.132/26 in Domlur. The office is right on the Ring Road in the Amarjyothi Layout area. It is a very active part of town, so there is always someone coming through the door with a parcel. We handle a lot of different items at this Dtdc branch, from small envelopes to bigger boxes that people are sending across the country. The space is a bit cramped because of all the weighing scales and the stacks of shipments, but we make it work. Living and working near the Ring Road means we deal with a lot of noise and dust, but it makes it easy for the delivery trucks to pull in and out. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. It is just a desk, some chairs for people waiting, and plenty of packing tape. Sometimes the computers act up or the internet gets slow, which can be a bit frustrating when you’re trying to log a shipment quickly. But we usually find a way to get it done. The staff here knows the locals quite well by now. We see the same office workers from the nearby buildings every week. It’s a simple routine of taking the package, checking the weight, and giving out the receipt. Amarjyothi Layout has changed a lot since we opened, with more shops and houses popping up, but we are still in the same spot, just doing the daily work.
