We've been at No.32/A in Kumaraswamy Layout for a while now. Most people know the spot on 2nd Cross in Gn Halli, it's a busy little area. Sometimes the rain makes it hard for people to get here, but we're usually around from morning till late. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs and plenty of space for parcels that come in and out. If you walk down 2nd Cross, you can't really miss us. People from around the layout stop by just to drop things off on their way to work. It gets a bit crowded during the evening when everyone finishes their shift. We try to keep the paperwork organized but sometimes it’s just a lot of boxes everywhere. Gn Halli has changed quite a bit since we started, more shops and houses popping up. Our spot is tucked in there near the other small businesses. The street can get narrow when the delivery trucks come by to unload. It’s just how it is here. Most of us living nearby work in these small setups. We spend most of the day answering phones or checking where things are. It’s not a quiet job, there’s always someone coming through the door or a bike pulling up outside. We keep a fan going because it gets warm in the afternoons. It’s just a normal workplace where things get moved from one place to another. We've gotten used to the noise and the rhythm of the layout.
