Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd is tucked away in the G-20 spot at Brigade Garden, which is right on No.19. If you know this area, you know it’s always packed. We are right next to the BPL office, and Church Street is basically parallel to us. It’s that busy stretch near MG Road where everyone is always in a hurry. We spend a lot of time sorting through parcels and updating the logs. The office is central, which helps with getting things around, but parking is a nightmare. We see all kinds of people coming in with packages for family or business stuff. It’s a small space, but we make it work. Most days are just a cycle of scanning, tagging, and loading things onto the bikes or vans. We don't use big words or fancy promises here. It’s just about getting that envelope or box from one side of the city to another, or even further. Sometimes the rain slows us down, especially in Bangalore, but we just keep at it. Working on Brigade Road means you never have a quiet moment. We’ve been here long enough to know the shortcuts and how to navigate the crowds. It’s just a regular courier shop where we try to keep things moving. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just the usual daily grind of moving mail and cargo.
