Our place, Dr Swamy Dental Concept S Multispeciality Dental Hospital, is located at 72 Mahatma Gandhi Road. It’s right in the heart of Bengaluru, in the Shanthala Nagar area. Being on MG Road means it’s always busy outside. You can hear the traffic and the people all day long. The building is an older one, but we’ve made our space work for what we do. It’s a dental hospital, so we have more than just one chair, but it’s still a very local feel. I’ve been working here in 560001 for a while now. Most people come in because they have a tooth that’s bothering them or they need a routine check. We have different areas for different types of dental work. It’s not a shiny, corporate clinic. The walls have some scuffs and the waiting room furniture is just basic. I think it makes people feel more at home. We don’t have a big reception desk with people in uniforms. It’s usually just someone calling out the next name. I spend my time going between patients, checking X-rays, and doing what needs to be done. Bengaluru is a fast city, but in here, we try to slow down and just focus on the dental issues. It’s a practical setup. We see people from all walks of life because of our location near Haridevpur. It’s just a straightforward place for dental care without any unnecessary extras or fancy marketing talk.
