Dr Levine Memorial Hospital is on Sarjapur Main Road, tucked behind the HDFC Bank at Bellandur Gate. It’s a busy intersection, and there’s always something happening outside. Our hospital is a local fixture for the people living and working in the Bellandur area. It’s a functional building, not one of those glass skyscrapers you see in some parts of Bangalore. We have several floors dedicated to different medical needs. The lobby is usually full of people waiting for their turn. We’ve got a mix of staff who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don’t have a fancy mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, put on our scrubs, and start seeing patients. Dealing with the traffic on Sarjapur Road is a daily struggle for everyone, including us. The hospital environment is practical—white walls, linoleum floors, and the smell of antiseptic. We handle all sorts of cases, from minor injuries to more serious health issues. There’s a rhythm to the place, with shifts changing and people coming and going. We keep our records organized and try to make sure everything runs as smoothly as it can in a busy medical setting.
