Dr B R Ambedkar Medical College

We've been here on Shampur Main Road in Kadugondanahalli for a while now. It’s a busy spot, No. 24 specifically. The college keeps us on our toes. There are students everywhere and the hospital side of things is always moving. Most days, you’ll see people coming and going from morning until late. We’ve got the regular classrooms and labs you’d expect at a place named after Dr B R Ambedkar. It's not a fancy glass building, just a solid place where people come to learn and get treated. The neighborhood around Kadugondanahalli is pretty lively. We see a lot of local families. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is a bit much, but that’s just how it is here. The staff here has been around for years, some of them since the early days. We just try to keep things running smooth. It’s a big campus, so there’s always something that needs fixing or a hallway that needs cleaning. We don't really do much advertising. People just know where we are. It’s a landmark for most folks in this part of town. If you walk down the road, you can't really miss the gates. We’re just part of the furniture in this area now. Everyone works hard, from the professors to the folks at the front desk. It’s a lot of work running a medical college, but we manage. We just focus on the students and the patients.
