Doctors Transcribe

We have been over at 40/2 for a while now. It is shop number 6, tucked into the Pappiah Reddy layout on the 8A cross. Most people in Banaswadi know the area well enough. Doctors Transcribe is just a small office where we spend our days typing up notes and records. It is not a big fancy place, just a few desks and computers in a quiet corner of the layout. Sometimes the morning traffic makes it hard to get here on time, but once we are in, it is pretty steady work. We have a window that looks out onto the street, so we see the neighbors walking by all day. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the shop. We usually just put the fan on and keep going with the files. There is always a lot of typing to do, so we stay pretty focused. We do not have any big signs or bright lights outside. People usually find us because they know someone who has been here before. We have our routine down now. We grab some tea from the stall nearby around four o'clock. It is just a simple way to earn a living in this part of town. We have been in the same spot for years and it suits us just fine. Not much changes around here, and that is okay with us.
