We’re located over at 3/3 on the 3rd Main Road in the KIADB Peenya 1st Stage. It’s near the Hmt area, Ward No. 1. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s a maze of industrial units and small shops. Dmg Mori Seiki India is where we spend our days. We deal with big machines and the services that keep them running. Our building isn't much to look at from the outside, just another industrial block, but inside it’s full of heavy equipment. The air is always a bit cool because we have to keep the machines at a certain temperature. It’s a lot of technical work. We don't have a lot of frills here. The breakroom has a leaky tap and the chairs are a bit old, but the work gets done. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or fixing parts. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a clean suit every day. You’re going to get some oil on your hands eventually. We’ve been in Peenya for a good while. The neighbors are all similar businesses, so there’s always a lot of truck traffic and noise. We just focus on what’s in front of us. No fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some safety signs. It’s a straightforward operation for people who understand how machines work. We keep things moving as best as we can every single day.
