We are up on the 5th floor of the Kay Arr Ivy Building. It’s on 6th A Cross, tucked away behind the Bda Complex in Koramangala. If you’ve ever tried to park around 16th Main Road, you know it’s a bit of a headache, but we like being in 3rd Block. Being in Bangalore means there is always something happening right outside the window. Dmctb isn't a giant operation. We’re just a group of people sharing this office space and trying to keep things organized. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow during lunch, so we usually take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s a decent spot to work, even if the traffic in Koramangala 560034 is a total mess most evenings. We don't have a lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s just desks, some computers, and a lot of lists. We mostly focus on staying on top of our deadlines. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of us have been around here for a while, so we know the best tea stalls nearby. We just come in, do the work, and try to keep things simple. There’s no need for big speeches or fancy titles here. We just know what our roles are and we get on with it every day. It feels like a small family most of the time.
